(Majors & Minors Required - No T-Ball Assessments) BASEBALL: Rookies 9:00am to 10:15am Minors 10:30am to 12:00pm Majors 12:15pm to 1:45pm SOFTBALL: Rookies 2:15pm to 3:30pm Minors 3:45pm to 5:15pm Majors 5:30pm to 6:45pm Traditionally assessments are done in the Gym but depending on weather and field conditions we may have them outside at the school in that case cleats would also be suggested. Note there are no skills assessments for T-Ball and Juniors Baseball. Columbia Little League Youth Umpires It is tough to find summer work these days. This is your opportunity to make some money, and be around the Little League fields this Spring/summer.
QUALIFICATIONS:
You need to have experience with Softball and baseball.
Be responsible for your schedule.
Work under pressure with youth and adults.
Attend 3 (1.5hr) classes.
Be professional at all times.
TRAINING:
Columbia Little League will provide the training on the following days. (Umpires with less than 3 years experience must attend all 3 classes).
Date: March 6th, 8th, & 13th
Locations: Porter School Gym
Time: 7:00pm to 8:30pm (1.5 hrs)
